Unicorn Portrait WIP

Here is my unicorn portrait I've been working on for the past couple of days. Surprisingly it hasn't taken very long. I only work on it for a couple hours a day, maybe even minutes, and I've been doing it for about two or three days? I just love working on it, though. Even though I hate white with a passion (it's the hardest for me to shade! URG!) I still enjoy working on this. I think because I love unicorns and realism so much. ♥
The ref is from an image in my Horse Encyclopedia. There are a lot of work to do on him and a lot of kinks to straighten out here but I'm happy with it so far.
Any thoughts are appreciated! Oh and, sorry for the mad copyright. I just don't want to take any chances!

  5. Whaaaat?! I commented on this the other night! D: I guess it didn't get through...

Anyway, I'm a huge fan of your realism. ♥ It's realism, but it also has that little touch of your own style in it, which is difficult to pull off sometimes. Or maybe that's just me. haha :] I'm looking forward to seeing this one finished! Looking gorgeous, as always.
